Based in the South West, focusing on technologies within the security marketplace (including video and access control), the Hardware / Embedded Manager will be responsible for planning and managing embedded product development projects from initial ideas through to release and then to manufacturing.
Key responsibilities will include assisting in the electronic hardware design of products, ensuring the quality of electronic hardware, embedded software and mechanical design and managing/improving engineering processes. Salary is negotiable.
The successful candidate will have a proven technical background in Hardware and Embedded Design, with skills in digital and analogue electronics. The Hardware Manager will also have a strong background in Project / Hardware Management with excellent skills in people management.
