Samsung - applications processor, which includes an ARM RISC core. NAND flash memory and DRAM. ($76.25)

CSR - Bluetooth silicon ($1.90)
Marvell - Wi-Fi baseband chip ($6.00)
Other research indicates that Broadcom, Texas Instruments, Micron Technology, Linear Technology and Intel all have silicon in the iPhone.
