Contract manufacturer Hansatech has signed a group-wide supply agreement with distributor Flint.
The deal covers connector products manufactured by Molex and other similar exclusive agreements are expected to follow. “This group-wide agreement on Molex connectors signals the way forward,” said Paul Gill manufacturing manager of Hansatech’s Poole plant.
“We plan other similarly beneficial deals in the future,” added Gill.
Hansatech has four plants in the UK. It also has a strategic alliance with IMI of the Philippines providing lower cost high volume off-shore manufacture.
