Alba seeing you Richard Ball The groundbreaking was carried out last week on Project Alba, the joint venture between Cadence Design Systems and Scottish Enterprise. Cadence will generate some 1,900 jobs at the Livingston site while local Universities are to provide Masters degree courses in system level integration.
