In the run up to this year’s Elektra Awards, which are to be presented at an Awards Ball which takes place on 1st December at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, we look at the finalists for each of the technology and business award categories.
R & D Award
R&D in this category can relate to research and development in a component, hardware system, software or process technology. The R&D may or may not yet have found its way into a commercial product.

XMOS - Static timing analysis tool
2008 Winner of the R&D Award
Codeplay Software for its parallel programming system for running single-core software on multicore processors.
