Communications IC company IDT has received a 2004 Partners in Performance award from electronics manufacturing services (EMS) firm Celestica, the third year in a row IDT has received this accolade.
Celestica’s Partners in Performance awards are given annually to the company’s suppliers in recognition of their excellence in customer service and support of Celestica’s global supply chain.
This year’s Partners in Performance winners demonstrated a level of responsiveness, flexibility and customer service that positively impacted Celestica’s business and, said the firm, in turn the businesses of its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers.
"In 2004, IDT demonstrated a strong level of the flexibility, responsiveness and reliability that drives Celestica’s global supply chain," said John Boucher, chief supply chain and procurement officer at Celestica.
