Kemet has added higher value parts to its GR900 range of high reliability ceramic capacitors.
Aimed at defence and aerospace applications, the space grade components have 16V and 25V voltage ratings.
“The GR900 series set the industry standard for space level component qualification and was the precursor for space level standard MIL-PRF-123 ,” said Travis Ashburn, Kemet’s director of product management.
Termination options for the GR900 series include100% tin (Sn Plated), 100% gold (Au Plated), 70Sn/30Pb (Solder plated), and 70Sn/30Pb (Solder coated).
