Electronics Jobs Service - Upgrades and features

Friday 14 October 2011 16:30

Don't miss out on our online jobs service for the electronics industry. It helps you to zero in on the latest vacancies for your sector and area. See: www.electronicsweekly.com/jobs

Essentially, it will deliver a superior online experience for both jobseekers and recruiters in the electronics industry. In particular, as well as a more accessible search interface, you can register for jobs by email in order to receive relevant jobs without visiting the site, CVs can be searched by employers, and there's a new "Careers advice" section to help you look for new jobs.

Jobseekers will be able to:

    * Search the latest jobs from leading employers easily and quickly
    * Apply for jobs as soon as they are advertised
    * Register for 'Jobs By Email' alerts
    * Use the Career Advice section to check out the pay, prospects, players and key talking points of their industry careers in 2008
    * Find out if the company they want to work for is recruiting in the Who's Recruiting section
    * Post their CVs and make them searchable for recruiters

To get instant news of job vacancies, the URL to enter into your RSS feed reader is simply: www.electronicsweekly.com/jobs/search/rss.xml?sortby=Date

The Jobs Service relaunch draws on years of experience from both the Totaljobs Group - owned by Reed Business Information's parent company Reed Elsevier - and RBI's own portfolio of market-specific recruitment jobs sites.

And keep your eye on the service - there will be more developments coming up in the future, when the new job site will benefit from RBI job service upgrades.
