Triteq, the UK-based electronic product design house, has appointed Joseph O’Connor to head-up its industrial design activities.
Two years ago, Triteq became Microchip Technology’s first partner for medical design projects.
"Our wide experience in medical electronics has enabled us to support Microchip’s customers across the UK and Europe in developing new products and meeting design regulations,” said Steve Lane, commercial director at Triteq.
A medical systems specialist, O’Connor has over 20 years’ experience managing design consultancies. These include Pearson Matthews and Conran and Partners in the UK, as well as Nova Design, Asia’s largest Design consultancy.
Triteq is registered by TUV Munich to ISO13485-2003, the highest standard required for design and development of medical devices.
