Credence Systems Corp. said today its net sales soared 284 percent
in the first quarterended Jan. 31 to $101.8 million compared to
$26.5 million for the same year ago period.
The automatic test equipment (ATE) manufacturer said net sales rose
27 percentsequentially from the $80.2 million reported in the
