|NewsletterZenph Studios of North Carolina claims to have developed software that analyses recorded piano music to such a fine degree that the resulting high-definition MIDI data can be used to convincingly repeat the recital on a performance-grade MIDI piano (Yamaha Disklavier PRO).

“We can take the oldest monaural recordings and re-record them flawlessly into today’s highest digital standards,” said the firm.
