Dialog Semiconductor has seen sales revenues jump by 34% in 2009.

With sales of $78m in Q4, the mixed-signal chip supplier expects to report revenue for the year of approximately $218m.

Dialog has added $77m to its cash balances which now stand at $124m.

This was largely due to the company's international equity offering which closed in Q4.

Dialog, which specialises in power management and audio codecs, scored a number of important design wins with mobile and consumer companies.

The company is currently finalising its Q4 2009 results and will publish full and audited results for the year ended 31 December 2009 on 11 February 2010.
