The Government is running a trade show for UK technology companies wanting to pitch to overseas manufacturers.
Dubbed TechnologyWorld09, it will be held in Coventry in November.
Companies including Panasonic, Hitachi, Nokia, Orange, PTT and Kayagura Health Solutions have already signed up.
"The TechnologyWorld 08 last year generated an estimated £30 million in deals," said organising body UK Trade & Investment (UKTI). "Feedback from the business-matching event was that 93% of the international businesses from 38 countries that took part said they were likely to increase their trade with UK businesses as a result of attending,"
TechnologyWorld09 will be a two-day event taking place at the Ricoh Arena over 23-24 November.
"It will be considerably enhanced from last year as part of the Government's strategic vision for Britain's economic recovery, 'New Industries, New Jobs'," claimed UKTI. "Over 200 delegates have already signed up."
•There is a conference running alongside, with topics including: mobile healthcare, low-carbon economy, next-generation broadband access, and partnering with universities.
