C&K gets ITT Industries cashRichard WilsonIncreased spending on research and development and new product development will result from the acquisition of C&K Components by ITT Industries Cannon division. The C&K business will operate as a separate unit within ITT Cannon, though its sales and marketing teams will also be selling other products in the ITT range including tactile switches, keypads, interface controls
and dome arrays. C&K's distribution network which includes Arrow, Avnet and Future Electronics, is under review and announcements will be made soon.
