P3E/Programme Manager

P3E/Programme Manager - Our clients portfolio includes avionics, airborne radars, electronic warfare, mission systems, UAV Systems, and in-flight entertainment systems.

They now have a requirement for a P3E/Programme Manager/Specialist to assist the solutions architect and the Project Management community with supporting/managing the Primavera system and other related programme activity.

As a P3e specialist you will support the London division in the migration from legacy systems to Primavera and other integrated systems.

Responsibility of P3E Programme Manager
+Provide primavera systems management and support to ensure that the systems and any other associated PM systems are fit for purpose
+Compile work instruction to define the standard systems processes
+Support Programme Management process (MAP, EVM, Risk Management, Communications Management) improvement measures
+Provide process and training development support for P3E system
+Provide interface, data and reporting support including links to Oracle and other critical business systems.
+Support Enterprise/Programme and Control Account level Metrics and Reporting
+The P3E Programme Specialist will be the first point of contact for user support and low-level system coaching
+Promote the use of knowledge sharing tools and processes
+Schedule construction coaching and schedule auditing support
+Conduct and report on Tools Audits for uptake and compliance
+Develop relationships with Middle and Executive Management levels to obtain "buy-in" and cooperation

Experience of P3E/Programme Specialist
+Extensive hand on experience of enterprise scheduling tools, preferable Primavera
+Practical knowledge of process development techniques and systems
+Significant Programme Management experience preferably in and Aerospace/Defence/Engineering industry
+Good understanding of generic processes and techniques used to schedule project activities
+Practical knowledge of processes governing cost schedule control systems
+Proficient use of MS Project, especially Excel preferred
