Well-funded pre-IPO seeks a Principal Digital IC Design Engineer will experience in the following: digital, IC, ASIC, FPGA, design, RTL, VHDL, Verilog, verification, synthesis, processor, architecture, display driver, backend, physical, logic synthesis, STA, static timing analysis, place and route, P&R, PnR, layout, semiconductor, job, Cambridge.
This is a fantastic new opportunity for a Principal Digital IC Design Engineer to join a well-funded consumer focused electronics product company based in Cambridge.
In this role, you will become the lead implementer in the development of the company's product specific SoCs for high volume consumer applications. The role will involve all aspects of SoC design from micro-architecture/specification development thorough to tape out and testing of silicon prototypes.
Key Requirements
·Strong digital IC development skills from specification through to production sign-off
·Verilog / VHDL expertise
·Good experience in developing and executing verification strategies
·Strong skills in back end IC design activities including logical synthesis and STA
·Experience with development of IP for device display applications would be an advantage
·You will be a great team player, able to provide energy and leadership within your team and work well with silicon partners.
