Our growing client is currently searching for a Process Engineer PECVD to be responsible for the optimization of PECVD processes, ensuring yield and device efficiency improvement. The role will involve close collaboration with R&D institutes as well as equipment supplier teams.
Required attributes include;
#Strong PECVD / CVD Process experience
#Experience of working in semiconductor / opto / photovoltaic manufacturing industry
#SPC experience (DOE, FMEA etc)
#Excellent communication skills (German / English beneficial)
#BSc Physics, Electronics or equivalent
