My client is a leader in the design and manufacture of Test & Measurement equipment. Their solutions are utilised within mobile, broadband, voice and datacoms applications as well as network management. They are now looking to appoint a Product Manager - Fixed Line Communications.
The Product Manager - Fixed Line Communications will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan for the company's range of products,
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the product strategy and roadmap
Gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements
Maintaining a clear understanding of the state of the art of the constituent technologies used in the product
Managing the whole product lifecycle from product definition through to obsolescence management
Understanding and monitoring the competitive landscape
Ensuring financial targets are met
Supporting sales and marketing activities
Deciding tactical priorities in consultation with project managers and senior management
Working with sales and marketing to develop 'go-to-market' strategy
You will have expereince in a similar role within the electronics industry, those from a test & measuremnt or telecommunications background would be ideal. In return the company are offering a competitive salary package.
