Based in the North the RF Engineering Team Leader will have responsibility for all technical aspects of a projects, be involved in developing team members, contribute to new product designs and managing developments in line with NPI Processes.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in RF/Microwave design, with expertise in the management and motivation of team members. Other areas of interest include knowledge of NPI, Systems and Statistical Analysis, RF Simulation tools (including ADS) and excellent communications skills.
