Semiconductor, leader seeks Analog (Analogue) or Mixed Signal IC Design engineer, BiCMOS or CMOS technology using Cadence design tools, feedback control systems, power controllers - buck boost, charge pump circuits, power control systems, rail to rail CMOS op-amps
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global technology leader specialising in Analog IC's used in the power management and video signal processing markets.
In this role you will be involved in product definition, system and component level simulation, design validation, layout and verification, prototype evaluation, test development and product release.
Experience required in Analog or Mixed Signal IC Design in BiCMOS or CMOS technology using Cadence design tools with knowledge in one of the following areas:
oCharge pump circuits
oIntegrated pulse width modulated (PWM) power controllers with an emphasis on buck-boost
oFeedback control systems and compensation techniques
oBattery management or power control systems
oHigh current, rail to rail CMOS op-amps
Industry degree qualified (or equivalent) you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to show leadership and work well within a team.
