Senior Analog IC Design Engineer - Netherlands

Senior Analog(Analogue) IC Design Engineers to work within a world-class semiconductor company based in The Netherlands. Cadence, CAD tools, system level design tools (e.g. MatLab, Transistor level design, Layout tools (Cadence Virtuoso), Analysis and design of Analog / RF building blocks using CMOS technology.

This is an excellent opportunity to job a global leader in semiconductors for wired and wireless communications. Our client seeks Senior and Junior Analog/RF IC Design Engineers to work within a world-class team based in The Netherlands.

In this role you will be involved in Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design, verification and extraction, characterization of silicon, debugging, running simulations and layout using Cadence Virtuoso.

You will be required to understand system level architectural design of broadband comms SoCs, as well as analyse and design Analog building blocks using advanced CMOS technology (65 nm, 40 nm). You will also be involved in the integration of complex Analog and Mixed Signal functions into system chips.

Industry degree qualified and with experience in a Cadence design environment, you will have excellent communication skills in English and have the ability to work well within a diverse, multi-site, multi-cultural team. Experience is required with system level design tools (e.g. MatLab), CAD tools and documentation.

Senior Engineers will have the ability to manage complex mixed signal IC development from creation into high-volume production and will be required to make system level judgment and associated trade-offs.
