Experienced digital ASIC design engineers are sought to join a new design team in Cambridge. Skills - digital, IC, ASIC, FPGA, design, RTL, VHDL, Verilog, wireless, mobile, communications, architecture, algorithm, layout, high speed, low power, DFT, ATPG, semiconductor.
Our client has achieved world-wide success producing high-volume ICs for the consumer entertainment and communication markets. Having recently set up a new design centre in Cambridge, they are now looking to recruit several experienced ASIC design engineers to work on their next generation of leading edge mobile communication systems.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
oSpecification, architectural design, logic implementation and verification of mobile wireless communications IC systems
oAlgorithm development and implementation
oWorking with backend team during layout phase to ensure all design goals are met
Suitable candidates will have a good University degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related subject, along with several years experience in digital ASIC design and in skills in the following:
oVHDL or Verilog
oRTL HDL Design and Coding
oHDL Testbench development
oHigh-speed digital design
oLow-power digital design
oDFT/ATPG
