My client is a leading provider of technology and services to the global broadcast, cable, satellite and IPTV markets. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Field Support Engineer to join their team based in Spain. Providing primary on-call support for customers in Spain and secondary support for customers in the rest of the EMEA region, the role of the Senior Field Support Engineer will entail traveling to customer sites at short-notice in order to rectify their problems, and logging onto the management systems remotely in order to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry knowledge
• Fluent in Spanish and English: additional languages would be an advantage
• Demonstrated broad understanding in the latest digital video broadcast and delivery systems
• Ability to travel significantly throughout Spain and the rest of the EMEA region.
