Ideal experience: Senior User Experience Management, extensive hand-held/mobile design experience, UX project management and delivery
Global electronics trend-setter is seeking to leverage it's successful market position and cutting-edge technology and create a whole new Usability Team. They require a first-rate Senior User Experience Manager to spear-head and lead this new team.
Role:
- Lead and manage UI design projects with internal and external resources or agencies.
- Manage and direct the relationship between the various internal stakeholders and the operator's UI teams across Europe.
- Present and negotiate the product UE with operators
- Review, design, develop and plan feature- and application UI for the product roadmap.
- Map the operator UI-roadmap against the your UI-roadmap and vice versa to ensure short/mid/long term UI compliance and competitiveness
- Work in cross-functional teams with User Interface-, Design- and Marketing functions in offices in International Locations
Qualifications & requirements:
- Requires strong and flexible skills in UI project management, communicating with impact and presenting in front of executive level customers
- Skills in interactive design and awareness hand-held technologies is mandatory
- Requires a thorough understanding of user interface issues and concise and pragmatic decision making.
- Demonstrates a passion for stylistic breadth, attention to detail, and balances beauty, innovation and usability.
- Strong skills in intercultural working
- Fluent English (written, spoken)
