Senior Analog / Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer required for a successful start up working in applications areas such as ultra-low power wireless systems. Responsibilities inc; design of ICs, simulation and testing of devices, layout and testing of ICs and other devices using CMOS technology. Contract opportunities also available.
A dynamic and successful start up, working in application areas such as ultra-low power wireless systems, signal processors and sensor interfaces is currently looking for a Senior Analog / Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer.
Working at design concept level, you will be responsible for the design of ICs, simulation and testing of devices, layout and testing of ICs and other devices using CMOS technology. You will also be involved in developing concept designs, architectures and procedures to extend the scope of the RF, baseband, digital and AMx technologies.
Industry degree qualified, you will have established experience in Analog IC Design and experience of low power design techniques.
Ideally you will have knowledge of any of the following; IC blocks - LNA, mixers, VCO, PLL, op amps, comparators, high speed dividers, bandgap, PTAT and CTAT bias cells, CADENCE design tools, schematic entry, simulation (SPECTRE & SPECTRE RF, MATLAB & SIMULINK and CMOS design at low and high frequencies.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are required.
