Software Test Manager - North, Labview, Teststand, ATE

Test Manager required in the North of England - Labview, TestStand, RF, ATE, team leader, management

Exciting new opportunity for a an experienced Test Software Manager to lead a team of Software developers in the design, implementation and maintenance of automated test solutions for use in a high volume manufacturing environment. Suitable applicants will have a minimum of 7 yrs experience managing a Software development team, proven knowledge and experience in a product development or high volume-manufacturing environment, Familiarity with NPI processes, Strong familiarity with ATE test methods,

Experience within the electronics, microelectronics or telecommunications industries. Experience setting-up and commissioning new test stations and debugging measurement problems and experience within an RF Design or manufacturing environment working with frequencies up to 40GHz.

Responsibilities will include: developing companies software strategy, responsible for management of software team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, review internal test requirements and develop verification test applications to demonstrate product compliance.

Applicants for this role will have demonstrable Strong LabVIEW skills, Experience of TestStand

Knowledge & experience of GPIB, RS232 and I2C communications, Experience using ODBC databases for the storage of parametric data. Knowledge of SQL, Windows, Active X, SQl Server

Experience performing RF measurements, both manually and through the use of ATE systems
