Test Engineer required in north of England - Labview, ATE, Teststand, RF design, electronics test, verification, WATs data mining
Test Development Engineer now required by leading component designer/manufacturer in the North of England to support new product introduction by taking an active role in the development and deployment of new test applications and data mining tools.
Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing internal test requirements and developing verification test applications, identifying resource and tools required to fulfil requirements, review, identify and instigate areas for improvement, developing requirement specifications for production software
Suitable applicants will have proven knowledge and experience in a product development or high volume-manufacturing environment, Familiarity with ATE test methods, Experience within the electronics, microelectronics or telecommunications industries, Experience setting-up and commissioning new test stations and debugging measurement problems, Experience within an RF Design or manufacturing environment working with frequencies up to 40GHz. Strong Labview and Teststand skills essential.
