Truck-Loads Of Evidence In Intel Case

AMD-ers compiled some fascinating facts about the massive amount of evidence collected in the AMD vs Intel lawsuit which was settled last week.

4TBytes of data were collected from AMD and Intel employees which would, if printed out, cover 300 million printed pages.

1TByte of data was collected from computer makers which brought chips from Intel and AMD.

1TByte represents 72 million printed pages which would fill 28,760 boxes.

So all five 5TBytes would fill 100,000 boxes

An average pick-up truck can carry 1GByte, so 5,000 truckloads would be needed to carry the full 5TBytes.

309 witnesses gave 479 seven-hour days of depositions which would take 556 days to watch at four hours a day.

Wow! That would have been a trial and a half.

What, one wonders, happens to all this evidence now?
