Made By Monkeys newsletter makes it debut

The newsletter to accompany the Made By Monkeys blog has made its debut, pleasingly pushing traffic to the site. Good to see, too, the number of comments on posts increasing.

The blog - an analysis of bad designs - has been up and running for a month or so now, but the first newsletter was sent last week. We particularly want people to have their own say and bring their own experiences to the table, which is why increasing the number of comments is a good sign.

As part of my efforts to standardise the EW blogs, I have also added tag-cloud functionality to the blogs, as well as further links back to the main site (for example, a Latest News section, listing the five most recent news story). Hopefully this makes using the blogs more a part of EW.com itself. Expect more tweaking when it comes to the blogs, tho!
