OhmArt Cartoon: MOSFET

600_043 - MOSFET.jpgWelcome another in the new series of posts featuring the excellent electronics cartoons from OhmArt! Check out more on Barney's blog, too...

This one requires you to think sauce, gate, and drain ... He writes "Unlike our typical bi-polar transistors, our MOSFET friends don't have base, emitters and collectors. Somewhat analogously, however, they do have a source, a gate, and a drain for all those gazillions of electrons. Sauce, gate, drain."!!
