This week we are highlighting that Red Bull is recruiting an Electronic Hardware Engineer. Based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, it is a full-time, permanent role.

The company is seeking an enthusiastic applicant to work on its Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS). The main purpose of the position, it says, is to provide a wide range of electrical and electronic support to this project.

Red Bull writes:
"The successful candidate will hold a degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering and have practical experience with analogue and digital electronic design. You will have a proven track record working with schematic capture and PCB layouts. In addition to this you will be used to developing, testing, fault finding and repair of prototype circuit boards. A familiarity with Mechanical CAD, wiring harness design, analysis of logged data and simulation (circuit and system) is also desirable. The role is based at our Milton Keynes factory, but occasional travel may be required."
