Elektra Awards 2012 - CALL FOR ENTRIES

The awards are established as the best promotional platform to celebrate the achievements of individuals and companies across Europe, this year's awards will present best-practice in key areas including, innovation, sales growth and employee motivation.

This year the awards will focus on the achievements of new and emerging engineering talent across Europe.

Enter your company or your clients now. All you need are 500 words to describe why you, your company or product should win an award. Don't delay, enter by 8th July.

National Instruments sponsors the Elektra Environmental Award

Shortlist announced for the Elektra European Electronics Industry Awards 2011

elektra 2011.jpgA panel of independent judges has made its decisions as part of the Elektra European Electronics Industry Awards 2011, and the shortlisted finalists in each of the 16 award categories are now published.

The winners will be announced at an Elektra Awards Dinner and Christmas Party which takes place on Wednesday 14th December at the Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge in London.

The established annual highpoint of the electronics industry, the Elektra Awards gives the industry the opportunity to recognise the achievements of individuals and companies across Europe. They are designed to promote best practice in key areas including, innovation, sales growth and employee motivation.

Elektra Awards - University Department of the Year

Electronics Weekly is looking to find the most innovative and successful electronic and electrical engineering department within a university or collage. Judging criteria will include interesting project work for students, industry partnerships and international collaborations. We will also be interested to learn of research successes.

The Elektra GP rounds off the (Scalextric) motor racing calendar

"Others say, the 400bhp flowing through the rear wheels is an unrivalled experience only enjoyed by a special, select, privileged few."

"All we know, its called the Elektra GP competition prize:  A Ferrari Experience day at Silverstone, courtesy of sponsors, Pinnacle."
Although Sebastian Vettel has been crowned the FIA drivers champion, there is still one race left in the motor racing calendar, the inaugural Elektra GP.

Like Bahrain, the circuit has been constructed within a luxury hotel complex and the only difference is scale: Well, 1:24 to be more precise as this prize will be awarded to the best driver of the "fastest lap competition" held on a Giant Scalextric circuit that will form part of the entertainment at this year's Elektra Awards.

Elektra Awards 2010 now open for entries

mpu.gifTime to consider the prestigious Elektra awards, and how to get one of them in your company's trophy cabinet...

We now are inviting companies to enter the 2010 Elektra European Electronics Industry Awards.

Established as an annual high point of the electronics industry, the Elektra Awards give the industry the opportunity to recognise the achievements of individuals and companies from across Europe. The Awards ceremony is on December 9th in London.

The entry process is designed to be as speedy as possible. Just take a few minutes to enter via the Electronics Weekly Awards website.

Closing date for entries is 2nd July.
