Impossible objects #3: Signature coffee pot

coffee pot.jpg
Here's the Carelman signature piece. In previous Impossible Objects we've covered the simplified calculator and the electric hammer, but here's his best-known piece, the rather user-unfriendly coffee pot.

Classic!

As always, it comes from the Catalogue of Impossible Objects by Jacques Carelman (a member of the College of 'Pataphysics) and includes such items as conflicting cycles, flat chairs, and improbable writing machines.
