I can't believe someone makes... R2-D2 Christmas lights

R2-D2 lights.jpgI can't believe someone makes R2-D2 Christmas lights! Don't they know that Astromech Droids[1] should only be used for "repairs and navigational computing"?!

Christmas always brings with it a whole heap of electronic junk, so we have been really spoiled for choice for this series. I'm going to sit on some classics until the New Year, however, as this one is at least seasonal!

So here it is, deck the halls with the kith and kin of Star Wars' R2-D2, in Christmas Light form...

Available from Amazon (US, not UK), the Kurt S. Adler 10-Light Star Wars Plastic Light Set will set you back $30 (10 units, 30" Lead Wire, with 12" Spacing).

In keeping with the past record of the I can't believe series, they are probably already sold out... Thanks to Botropolis for flagging these.

[1.] "A class of droid used aboard spaceships for repairs and navigational computing." Now also suitable for seasonal decoration. Wikipedia.
