I can't believe someone makes... Extra dimension light switches

3d light switch.gifI can't believe someone makes three dimensional switchplates, but I am rather glad they do. I quite fancy adding another dimension to light switches! And mains sockets, too, while I am it...

These "Cubic Switchplates" (and "outlet covers") will set you back nine online dollars, in a choice of white or black.

This is how the Curiosity Shoppe website describes them:
3d mains sockets.gifWhen thinking about products for the Curiosity Shoppe, two of the things we value most are fun and function. The ladies behind Design Glut totally nailed both of those criteria with these ingenious switchplates. Simply swap them out with your current, boring hardware and you'll have the coolest outlet or lightswitch in town.
What do you think? Out of this world, or does the joke fall a bit flat? Thanks to GeekSugar for highlighting these.
