Ye olde Nintendo alarm clock ... e

And now it’s time for a walk down memory lane.

The battle of Sega vs Nintendo is epic and has waged for some time, and it puts the grand finale battle in the Lord of the Rings to shame (Personally, we’re quite torn on this matter. Our very first video game console was a Sega Master System II, but we think Super Mario Bros on the original Nintendo console is genius and, quite frankly, one of the greatest video games ever created).

Fans of Nintendo (and who have a dusty, unused NES lying around, which shouldn’t be too many now, considering the original NES is now as rare as hen’s teeth) can now breathe new life back into their beloved antiques, as we bring to you the NES alarm clock.

Aaron’s pride and joy came to life after he ripped out the guts of the Nintendo console and transplanted the components from a Sanyo digital alarm clock.

Please be sure to let us know if you see a Sega Master System II (or an NES) for sale somewhere. Memories light the corner of our minds etc etc.

Stephanie:

This is a terrible insult to nintendo! You imply tht the original NES is no good! These games are still good, and the consoles are rare as you said! : (
