Back to the future with the iPhone Nintendo emulator

Loyal Gadget Freak readers will know we have a secret fixation with old Nintendo equipment given a facelift and turned into modern, fully functional devices (see the Nintendo mouse controller, NES alarm clock and the digital joystick drawing board for further information).

But what if someone took a an ultra-modern piece of equipment, like the Apple iPhone, and was able to run all your old favourite classic NES games, such as Super Mario Bros and Zelda, right on it?

Well now your dreams have come true because someone has actually managed to do that. We bring to you: the iPhone Nintendo emulator.
