Custom built Pong watch makes time fly

Return to Time is slipping away

Time goes by so slowly for electrical engineers without this very cool custom made Pong watch.

Drawing inspiration from Dutch design expert Buro Vormkrijgers' Pong Clock, and mightily impressed with David Forbes' Nixie-tube watch, John decided to create his very own specially designed Pong watch.

The design idea for how the watch tells the time is so cool yet so simple, it's almost diabolical: each minute the right hand side scores a point and each hour the left side earns a point, resulting in the actual time appearing as the score.
