Olympus VN-3100PC Digital Voice Recorder competition

Olympus VN-3100PC.jpgOnce more another month has passed. And as well as meaning you are one more month older there's another chance to win the new Gadget Freak competition, the fifth of 2009.

Up for grabs is a personally recommended, neat and handy digital voice recorder from Olympus. The VN-3100PC Digital Voice Recorder, to be precise. And a little external microphone comes included.

Measuring 102 x 39 x 19.5mm and weighing a mere 63g, this powerful and versatile recorder would set you back £57 on Amazon.

Note that prizes for past competitions have been a Creative ZEN X-Fi media player, a Samsung S1070 camera, Flip Video, Sony Bluetooth headphones, a Cool Stuff Exploded book, a wind-up radio, an iPod shuffle, and an LED Jellyfish Mood Lamp.

The spec of the VN-3100PC includes:
    * Over 71 hours of digital recording
    * USB connection to PC
    * 4 recording qualities (XHQ/HQ/SP/LP)
    * 4 folders for files management (A/B/C/D)
    * Voice activiation (VCVA)
    * Slow/fast playback
    * Alarm playing
    * Timer recording
    * Index setting
    * 100 recording files
    * 128MB internal memory

The prize question

As always, we'll keep the format familiar and straightforward: correctly answer this question for a chance of winning the Olympus recorder.

Our recent The Many Faces of Arduino post featured nine Arduino-related blogs. Which one has a picture of chip on a drawing of a bulb?

Once you know the correct response, just email competition@electronicsweekly.com giving the title of the post.

The competition closes Friday 10 July. You can view the Terms and Conditions.

Good luck!
