Dubbed the Norton Commando robot, credit is due to one Steve Twist. He apparently attended the Undergraduate Degree course in Computer Visualization and Animation at Bournemouth University, a location (if not exactly the same institution) which we've previously featured - Apprentices take on Robotics Challenge
