Led by Richard Noble who previously broke the World land speed record in the Thrust 2 jet car, the Bloodhound SSC is to be the fastest, most advanced and highest technology car ever built. Richard and his team are bringing a model of the car to the show, along with its EJ200 Eurofighter jet engine and exciting video footage of the SSC in action. There will be opportunities to meet team members and discuss the project which goes into build this autumn .

Among a host of new initiatives, National Electronics Week 2009 will feature a showcase of Richard Noble's Bloodhound Project - a supersonic contender for the land speed record. Over June 16th - 18th at Earls Court 2, the event's value-packed line-up will include the supersonic speedster. Electronics Weekly Live is also part of the event.
