OpenSAF 3.0 released

Last week OpenSAF released its 3.0 version of the high-availability framework.
This release is the second (counting from v2.0 onwards) during its lifetime, took about 1.5 years and shows the strong and continuing support from contributors such as Wind River Systems, Inc.

The increased compliance with the Service Availability Forum specificiations and coverage of most of the high-priority features as defined by the SCOPE Alliance makes it a valid choice to be taking into account for upcoming high-available Linux-based systems.
