Densitron Display Solutions is now offering the Seiko Instruments range of industrial grade TFT displays in the UK, Ireland and Italy.
Densitron will offer options on integrating standard or custom display modules with PCB, plastics, keypads and/ or touch overlays.

Seiko Instruments believes the distributor will take its TFT displays to new markets as well as supporting the needs of the more traditional system integrators.

Seiko's transmissive TFT displays come in 2.4", 2.8", 3.5", 4.3" and 7.0".

The supplier also uses a patented fringe field switching cell structure technology to create an extended viewing angle of up to 170° in both horizontal and vertical directions.

Resistive touch versions are available for all TFT modules in the range.  With the touch layer measuring only 3.3mm in thickness, the resistive touch displays will be suitable for the design of portable applications.

Seiko has been supplying components for telecommunication, point of sales and industrial applications in Europe, Africa and the Middle East since 1983.
