Hitachi's display products group has named MSC GmbH as its European distributor of the year. There were also awards for Arrow and Glyn.
According to Mark Stanley, sales and marketing manager at Hitachi DPG: "While difficult market conditions have prevailed MSC have shown a strong recovery in sales and maintained their commitment to pursuing new design opportunities."
There was also an award for design-win success to Arrow Italy and an award for German distributor Glyn for finding and developing a significant number of new design opportunities.
The award was made during Hitachi DPG's recent 2010 European sales channel conference held in Baveno on Lake Maggiore, Italy.
