Microlease is adding a further three instruments from Agilent Technologies to its test instrument rental catalogue.

Energy Micro has appointed a v-p of sales for the Asia Pacific region, Andrea Marchi.

He joins the microcontroller supplier's general manager and director of sales for Greater China, Bryan Hung, at the company's newly opened Asia headquarters in Hong Kong.

Andrea joins Energy Micro from Texas Instruments, Dallas, where he was general manager of the firm's C5000 DSP business unit.

Advanced Power Components has signed a distribution agreement with K2 Medical Systems, a supplier of fanless medical panel PCs.

Rutronik and Panasonic Industrial have extended their franchise to now be pan-European.
