Gennum has added Leading Light Technologies (L2Tek) as a design rep and distributor for its analogue and mixed-signal products in Northern Europe.

Acal BFi has signed a pan-European distribution agreement with gyroscope and inertial systems manufacturer, Silicon Sensing. 

The Silicon Sensing product range covers silicon MEMS single-axis gyroscopes, off-the-shelf and custom multi-sensor systems including multi-axis inertial sensor assemblies, inertial measurement units and integrated navigation INS/GPS products.

Typically the devices are designed into navigation systems for mobile satellite TV, light aircraft and agricultural equipment, as well as in industrial and consumer applications.

RS signs EAO

RS Components has signed a strategic distribution agreement with EAO for its switches and keypads throughout Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

RS said it start the distribution agreement with the introduction of 212 new EAO electromechanical products. 

"EAO is a key manufacturer with a market-leading human-to-machine technology offer. By adding key new products to our portfolio we will be able to supply our customers with more choice and support," said Fred Knowles, head of product management - electronics at RS Components.

"EAO is delighted to be formalising our relationship with RS throughout Europe and APAC," said Susan Jacques, managing director at EAO.

Digi-Key has extended its distribution agreement with connector manufacturer Hirose Electric Co to include Europe and Asia.
