Farnell adds specialist transistors from Semelab
Farnell has said it is stocking the Semelab ALFET family of audio transistors for which Farnell will be the exclusive distributor.
It is also carrying Semelab’s SML family of six high reliability silicon carbide (SiC) diodes.
According to Richard Curtin, head of product and supplier management at Farnell Europe: “By offering specialised components like these, with applications engineering support, design engineers can utilise Farnell and the element14 online community as a one-stop resource for all their new designs.”
ALFET audio transistors are designed for applications in the output stages of professional audio power amplifiers.
Semelab’s family of SiC diodes are suitable for high-temperature operation and featuring low forward voltages.
