Fed up with debating ARM vs Intel x86?
No need to decide, because Asus has made a giant tablet-cum-desktop with both.
Called Transformer AiO, its 18.4in screen unclips to be a tablet, running Android 4.1 on its ARM based Nvidia Tegra 3 quad ARM core.
Clip the tablet/screen into the base/stand and, at the touch of a button, Windows 8 can be fired up on the Intel Core processor in the base, or Android can carry on running from the screen.
And, amazingly, if the screen is detached again, Windows can carry on the Intel processor with the screen acting as a remote control via a wireless link.
