RS Components goes Android for eTech
One for electronics engineers to note – RS Components has a new Android app. It has developed an Android application for its eTech magazine.
The free app provides access to the companies interactive publication, which is designed “to inform and update customers on the latest electronics products, technologies and online design resources offered by RS”. An iPad version is already available.
“As a global distribution specialist it is important that we provide our customers with fast, easy access to the huge array of products and technologies available to them, as well as offering news and views on market trends,” said Glenn Jarrett, Head of Electronics Marketing at RS.
“The new Android eTech app, along with the iPad and online page-turner versions, increases their accessibility options, and takes the magazine to a much broader readership.”
RS Components already has a “My Local RS” app to help find the nearest RS branch and browse “Managers Specials”.
