High art meets interior lighting
Motoko Ishii might have designed this interactive LED chandelier, but Rohm built it – probably in more than a day.
Within it, the firm’s proprietary LED control technology creates six light and sound effects.
It will be on show in Paris over le weekend of 6-10 September at Maison & Objet.
“The combination of light, sound, and movement is designed to defy all previous concepts of what a chandelier is,” said Rohm.
Hmmm….. It doesn’t hang off the ceiling, look pretty, and give off light?
